Seongbuk Culture Vacation (10th, 2026)

The 10th Seongbuk Culture Vacation 2026 is Seongbuk-gu's flagship summer water-play festival, held from July 25 to August 9, 2026 at Seoul Sungdeok Elementary School and the Uicheon Stream multi-purpose plaza. An urban water-play festival created so families can enjoy a cool summer in the city, it operates water facilities for a range of ages, including exciting slides and a mom-and-baby pool. On site, cultural performances such as magic shows, K-pop dance, and nanta percussion play out alongside varied participatory programs, including digital tattoo experiences, water cannon play, and bubble activities, and rest areas are provided for visitors' convenience. Seongbuk-gu residents may enter free of charge with ID verification, while visitors from other districts may enter for an admission fee of 2,000 won per person. Entry is otherwise open, but for safety, admission may be restricted when the on-site headcount is exceeded, and pets may not enter. Children in third grade or below (age 9 and under) must in principle be accompanied by an adult guardian, and from fourth grade (age 10 and up) children may enter on their own.
