Seongbuk Culture Vacation (10th, 2026)

The 10th Seongbuk Culture Vacation (2026) is Seongbuk-gu's flagship summer water festival, running from July 25 to August 9, 2026 at Seoul Songdeok Elementary School and the Uicheon Multipurpose Plaza. Designed as an urban water-play festival where families can enjoy a refreshing summer together in the heart of the city, it features water facilities for all ages, including exciting slides and a mom-and-baby pool.

The venue also hosts cultural performances such as magic shows, K-pop dance, and Nanta, alongside hands-on programs like digital tattoos, water-gun zones, and bubble experiences, with rest areas provided for visitors' convenience. Seongbuk-gu residents enter free with ID verification, while non-residents pay an admission fee of KRW 2,000 per person. Entry is open, but for safety, admission may be limited once on-site capacity is reached, and pets are not permitted. Children in grade 3 or below (age 9 and under) must be accompanied by an adult guardian; children in grade 4 (age 10) and above may enter on their own.
