Hangang Festival

This year again, the Hangang Festival gathers up the happiness, joy, romance, and challenge that the summer Hangang can offer and opens them to everyone. The lineup continues with an on-water race in which crews row boats they built themselves to gather the summer fruits floating on the river; a night spent bingeing the nostalgic dramas that 'summer' brings to mind, along with late-night snacks, and horror films that send a cool chill through the summer dark; a water drone show gliding across the river, its lights and fireworks flashing to jazz worthy of a midsummer night and K-POP everyone can sing along to; the beats of DJs, hip-hop, trot, and bands echoing over the city night view from an infinity pool; and a thrill-packed traditional tightrope performance at the water playground. There is more: the coolest cinema under the bridge, found only on the midsummer Hangang; the Water Picnic at Seoul Fleet Park, brimming with exciting water play and varied experiences for the whole family; silent DJ parties and yoga enjoyed through headsets, hotter and healthier in silence; the all-night Hangang walk, now marking its tenth year; and on the water itself, paddleboards and kayaks to row, and yachts, tube boats, and cruises to ride, for a special Hangang experience all your own.
