Yesan Stork Festival (7th)

The 7th Yesan Stork Festival is a meaningful ecological festival imbued with the warm efforts of a stork village devoted to creating a stable habitat for restored storks and wholeheartedly cheering for their survival in the wild. As natural ecosystems come under threat from rapid climate change, storks face mounting difficulties living in nature. Yet for these beautiful birds, whose strong homing instinct never lets them forget the way back to the stork village, the community keeps lovingly tending an eco-friendly habitat where storks and people live side by side. This year's festival will vividly convey that devotion and its message of ecological conservation through diverse planned experience programs and exhibitions. It will be a special time to feel how precious nature is and to share the wonder of life in the clean Yesan stork village, where people live together with storks.
