Seoul International Writers Festival

The Seoul International Writers Festival is a global literary festival that has been fostering exchange between Korean and world literature since 2006. Now in its 15th year, the 2026 Seoul International Writers Festival has created a special gathering where writers, readers, and diverse languages and stories meet in one place. Beyond Korean writers, the festival brings together overseas writers who are usually hard to meet, allowing visitors to experience literature more closely through a rich program of talks, workshops, and exhibitions. At the festival venue where books and people, language and emotion intersect, under the question "Who are you?", visitors can have a deep literary experience possible only between one person and another.
