In 2026, following the path of King Jeongjo's royal procession, we reflect on his will as recorded in the "Wonhaeng Eulmyo Jeongni Uigwe." In 1795, King Jeongjo traveled to Hwaseong in Suwon to celebrate the 60th birthday of his mother, Lady Hyegyeonggung of the Hong clan. His eight-day journey was not merely the movement of a king but a historic event in which he shared joyful memories with the people. King Jeongjo's love for his people was recorded in the "Wonhaeng Eulmyo Jeongni Uigwe" and widely distributed.
