Jeonpo Coffee Festival

The Jeonpo Coffee Festival began in 2017 to commemorate Jeonpo Cafe Street's selection by The New York Times as a must-visit destination of the year, and is Busan's first coffee festival. Marking its 10th edition this year under the theme 'Ten Years of Jeonpo, Connected by Coffee', the festival is held October 17-18 throughout the Jeonpo Cafe Street area. Coffee and dessert booths from Jeonpo and the wider Busan area, together with invited booths featuring baristas from Japan, Taiwan, and beyond, offer a chance to experience the flavors and cultures of a wide variety of coffees. Visitors can also enjoy coffee programs such as hand-drip tasting experiences, master brewing classes, and barista seminars, alongside a colorful lineup of participatory programs including live performances, auction events, and a stamp tour. Come feel the alley charm unique to Jeonpo, where one-of-a-kind cafes and diverse shops blend together, and enjoy a special festival where coffee and culture, people and the local commercial district, all come together.
