With the cool autumn breeze in the air, Garak Market's signature fall festival, the 3rd Garak Oktoberfest, has finally raised its curtain. Garak Mall will be filled with delicious food, refreshing craft beer, and charming things to enjoy, offering a chance to savor the romance of an autumn night. The festival runs for three days from Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 18, 2026, daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Sky Park on the 3rd floor of Garak Mall. Admission is entirely free, and visitors simply enjoy whichever beer and food booths they like. This year's festival has three key highlights. First, representative craft breweries from across the country gather in one place, offering the pleasure of choosing beers to suit your taste, from light and crisp lagers to deep-flavored ales and refreshingly fruity brews. Second, a 'Special Food Booth' section captures the freshness unique to Garak Market: Garak Mall merchants personally prepare high-quality dishes cooked on the spot with fresh seasonal ingredients, from nutty abalone grilled in butter to chicken that pairs wonderfully with beer. Third, the festival brims with entertaining sights and things to do: a colorful parade opens the festival on day one, followed by emotive busking performances, the citizen-participation game zone 'Garak Arcade', and a generous prize raffle. Getting there is easy as well, since Subway Lines 3 and 8, Garak Market Station Exit 2-1, connect directly to the Sky Park. The Sky Park also lays out an open-air communal dining area that is perfect for soaking up the atmosphere of an autumn night market. Note that it can turn chilly once the sun goes down, so bringing a light outer layer is recommended.
