Seoul Summer Beach

Seoul Summer Beach is Seoul's flagship summer festival, marking its fourth edition this year, where tourists and residents alike can enjoy the hottest season right in the heart of the city. Held under the slogan 'Wave Summer, Play Seoul,' the 2026 Seoul Summer Beach takes place at Gwanghwamun Square and Sejong-ro Park, presenting a special summer retreat where you can enjoy refreshing water play and leisurely rest in the middle of downtown Seoul. At the Water Play Zone, visitors can enjoy a variety of water facilities including pools, water slides, water buckets, and bounce pools, while the Play Wave Zone features the Sand Hideout with its sand playground and lounges, a space where anyone can unwind in comfort. Alongside these, promotional programs and events from various institutions and companies, flea markets, and food trucks offer visitors plenty more to see, do, and taste.
