About this event
The 'All-Citizens Energy Walk' is an eco-friendly energy participation program staged to commemorate the 2026 Daejeon World Conference on Photovoltaic Energy Conversion (WCPEC-9). Walking together through central Daejeon in autumn, participants experience the value of energy and the environment firsthand - an event that invites every citizen to think about a sustainable future.
The program is a walk anyone can happily join, with no race for placings: setting out from Daejeon Expo Citizens' Plaza, participants stroll the Hanbat Arboretum area while clearing mobile stamp missions. Completing all four missions, verified by smartphone QR check-ins, earns a finisher reward and a mobile completion certificate. Alongside the walk, a variety of programs make energy easy and fun to explore.
Held on November 15, 2026 at Daejeon Expo Citizens' Plaza, the day lets citizens walk, learn, and experience together, naturally meeting the importance of sustainable energy and the environment. It is a citizen-powered energy festival where each person's steps gather into a greener tomorrow.
