Quad, Questions of Theater: Incendies

Twins Jeanne and Simon, after five years of near-silence, read the will of their late mother Nawal and are thrown into confusion. The will asks them to find the father they had believed dead and a brother whose very existence they never knew of, and to deliver the letters she left behind. It also carried her final instruction: she was to be buried without a coffin or a headstone. Following the traces of their mother, the twins set off on a journey and draw ever closer to her veiled past. And at the end of that past, they come face to face with a shocking truth about her silence.
