The 26th Yongin Cyber Science Festival is a science event hosted by Yongin Special City, held over two days from October 3 to October 4, 2026. The venue is Yongin Mir Stadium, and it runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The main exhibitions and experiences are organized around four themes: 'Future Technology Exploration', 'Future Life Workshop', 'Future City Yongin', and 'Future Science Protagonists'. The detailed program includes robot arm demonstrations, humanoid robot and drone piloting, future mobility test drives, and VR simulator control experiences. It also features carbon-neutral energy science experiments, smart gadget making using Arduino and 3D pens, and time with 'Bomi', a caregiving AI robot. The festival further brings together the latest technology exhibitions from companies and institutions in the city such as Samsung Electronics, science club booths from local elementary, middle, and high schools, a drone soccer classroom, and science kit experiences with Joayong characters.
