Jinju National Heritage Night Walk

The National Heritage Night Walk is a nighttime festival built around cultural heritage, designed to let visitors experience the historical and cultural value of national heritage through evening programs. The Jinju National Heritage Night Walk, themed on the 'secret royal inspector' (amhaeng-eosa), is held around Jinjuseong Fortress and the original downtown, letting visitors experience national heritage and local history and culture in varied ways. The festival is structured around the 'Eight Nights of Jinju' — night views, performances, exhibitions, experiences, cultural commentary and a night market among them — planned so that visitors can enjoy national heritage safely and engagingly after dark. Through diverse content linking Jinju's flagship national heritage with local cultural resources, it aims to widely share the region's historic character and cultural identity, offering citizens and tourists rich opportunities for cultural enjoyment.
